Returns + Exchanges

 

Please select with care as Preyada does not offer exchange or refunds for any items where you have changed your mind.

If a faulty item is received, please contact Preyada Jewellery via email info@preyada.com within 3 working days of receiving your purchase to arrange return via post for assessment.  If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a repair or replacement will be issued.  

If you believe the item has been damaged during shipping, please let Preyada know and everything possible will be done to assist with your insurance claim.  Please include images of the damaged item.  Every item posted from Preyada Jewellery is packaged securely.

Shipping fees is non-refundable.  Buyers are responsible for any shipping or handling fees on the return.  Please carefully package the item in its original packaging materials and return via registered post.
